Buletova Lyazzat Alpysbaevna has been employed at the Department of General Pedagogy of Zhambyl University in Zhambyl for teaching and experimental work since September 1, 1996. In 1997, he moved to the position of lecturer at the above-mentioned department.

In 2002, due to family circumstances, he was transferred to the Department of General Pedagogy and Ethnopedagogy of M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University in Shymkent as a senior lecturer.

On June 16, 2004, under the scientific supervision of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Salimbaev O.S., at the Candidate's dissertation Council of M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University "13.00.01-General Pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education, ethnopedagogy", on the topic: "Preparing future teachers to use the traditions and customs of the Kazakh people in the educational process of the school", defended his PhD thesis. By the decision of the Higher Attestation Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 22, 2004 (Protocol No. 12), the academic degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences was awarded.

On May 26, 2013, in Bishkek, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on specialty 13.00.01 - "General Pedagogy, education and history of pedagogy" on the scientific topic "Theoretical foundations of training future teachers by customs and traditions of the Kazakh people".

Since June 2015, he has been appointed Head of the Department of General Pedagogy and Ethnopedagogy of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Culture of M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University.

In April 2016, he was appointed Head of the Department of General Pedagogy and Music Education.

On December 5, 2016, a Certificate of Honor was awarded to Vice Minister of Education and Science A.Amrin "For the achievements in the spiritual and social development of independent Kazakhstan and contribution to its prosperity."

On September 18, 2017, after awarding the chairman of the regional organization of South Kazakhstan region "Kazakhstan branch Trade Union of Education and Science Workers" Z. Makhanova. for special services in the field of education and protection of labor, socio-economic rights and interests of trade union members, he was awarded the badge "Honored Worker of the Trade Union".

In 2019, he was awarded the badge of the 75th anniversary of the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University.

In 2020, he graduated from Shymkent University with a degree in 5B010300 - Pedagogy and Psychology.

In 2020, he was appointed head of the Department of Modern Pedagogy and Psychology.

Since May 2023, he has worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Modern Pedagogy and Psychology.

Since September 13, 2023, she has worked at the Department of Pedagogy of the O.Zhanibekov South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, senior lecturer.

Since December 20, 2023, he has been working as the head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the O.Zhanibekov South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University.

Thanks to the scientific research of Buletova L.A., more than 70 scientific papers have been published.
