Based on the program article of Elbasy Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev "A look into the future: modernization of public consciousness" in order to train competitive specialists of a new type in the education system, patriotic education of the younger generation, familiarization with the historical and cultural values of the nation and the development of work in these areas on a scientific basis within the walls of the university in accordance with the order of the rector of the university No. 4-74 of September 4, 2017, the Rukhani Zhangyru center was established. This center has become a section of "Rukhani zhangyru zhane tarbieh" since the 2020-2021 academic year.

Currently, two special offices and a platform are functioning to organize the meaningful work of the center. All of them work in the direction of "Rukhani zhangyru" and the educational work of the university.
