Registrar's Office - takes into account all the educational achievements of students studying at the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University in full-time and evening forms of education, organizes all types of knowledge quality testing and ensures that its academic rating is taken into account.

  Main responsibilities:

- developing a student travel guide;

- registration and re-registration of students for disciplines in accordance with the working curricula of educational programs;

- formation of academic groups of students based on the results of registration;

- coordination of the work of educational program consultants on the implementation of an individual educational trajectory by students;

- together with the deans of the faculties, preparation of paper versions of individual student curricula;

- preparation of schedules for intermediate and final certification in the forms of training;

- organization of intermediate and final attestation, preparation of final statements based on the results of intermediate attestation and submission of copies to the deans of faculties;

- analysis of the results of the control weeks, examination sessions and development of recommendations for improvement;

- calculation of the academic rating of students;

- preparation and submission to the Attestation Commission of performance tables for graduate students' educational programs;

- organization of a summer semester for students recommended by the deans of faculties in order to meet the needs of students in additional types of education and eliminate academic debt;

- providing an extract from the transcript at the request of students;

- preparation of strict reporting documents (diploma supplements) for students and throughout the year, depending on the demand for graduates of previous years.

 

 The procedure for awarding vacant educational grants, released in the process of obtaining higher education

1. Vacant educational grants released in the process of obtaining higher education, within the framework of educational programs for advanced training, are awarded on a competitive basis to students on a fee-based basis for this educational program. The competition is held based on the results of an interim certification with the issuance of a certificate of award of an educational grant.

In the case of identical indicators of average academic performance during the competition for vacant educational grants, students with grades only A, A- ("excellent"), then grades from A, A- ("excellent") to B+, B, B-, C- ("good") for the entire period training.

2. The award of vacant educational grants released in the process of obtaining higher education is carried out during the summer and winter holidays, for available vacant places on a competitive basis, in the following order:

1) a student submits an application on a fee basis to the rector of the university for further study under an educational grant;

2) the university, having considered this application on a competitive basis, together with the decision of the academic council, sends it to the authorized body in the field of education for decision-making by August 5 and January 25 of the current year. The student's statement, together with the decision of the academic council, is accompanied by an extract of the student, a copy of the identity document, and a certificate from the holder of the educational grant (original), who was expelled from the university.;

3) in the absence of applicants for a specific specialty, vacant educational grants released in the process of obtaining higher education are transferred on a competitive basis within the training area based on the results of the summer and winter examination sessions;

4) the authorized body in the field of education reviews the received documents in the context of specialties, forms and terms of study, taking into account the year of admission and, if the issue is resolved positively, issues an order for the award of an educational grant;

5) on the basis of the order of the authorized body in the field of education, a certificate of the award of an educational grant is issued;

6) on the basis of the issued certificate of the award of an educational grant, the rector of the university issues an order on further education under the educational grant.
