The internship program contributes to the formation of students' world and national spirituality, moral education, humanization, as a highly moral citizen of society, allows them to fully master the content of professional activity in the field of geography and geography-the basics of history, law and economics. The work program in accordance with the Standard curriculum of the specialty types of professional practice are aimed at the formation of practical skills acquired in the learning process, consolidation of theoretical knowledge, as well as the acquisition of advanced experience. Types of professional practice in the learning process are organized in accordance with the educational program of the specialty being developed at the Department of Geography. In accordance with the educational program and the working curriculum of the specialty, the following types of practice are planned: educational, pedagogical, industrial (pedagogical) and pre-graduate for those who perform a thesis. For full-fledged internship by students in Kazakh and Russian groups, practice diaries have been prepared in accordance with the specialty, vouchers to places of internship with a designation in accordance with the requirements of the QMS.

Nalmishova visited the 3rd year students of geographical specialties who are practicing at the 65th school named after Ibrai Altynsarin, the 25th school named after Turar Ryskulav and the general secondary school "Zhalyn", and also introduced the new teacher and head of practice Karabayeva Akmaral Maksutbekovna with the groups assigned to her.

Professional practice is a mandatory component of the student's academic work.

The purpose of the training practice is the acquisition of primary professional competencies, including the consolidation and deepening of theoretical knowledge gained in the course of training, the formation of the foundations of research, office work and work with business correspondence, the acquisition of practical skills and work skills.

Educational practice is organized for all students, conducted in accordance with the specifics, the direction of the OP, is considered at a meeting of the department and is reflected in the program of practice.

The purpose of pedagogical practice is to consolidate and deepen knowledge in general scientific, cultural, psychological, pedagogical, methodological and special disciplines, as well as the formation of pedagogical skills, skills and competencies based on theoretical knowledge.

Industrial practice is carried out in institutions, organizations and enterprises that correspond to the profile of training.

Pre-graduate practice is conducted in the final year for students of all specialties who perform a thesis. The management of the pre-graduate practice is carried out by the supervisor of the thesis.
