The material and technical base comply with regulatory requirements. The classrooms have modern technical training tools necessary for the use, an educational and methodological complex of discipline, requirements for graduate training formulated in an educational institution taking into account the specifics of the educational programs being implemented. The material and technical base of the department complies with sanitary standards, fire safety rules and fully allows solving the tasks of teaching and educating students, allows applying innovative educational technologies in the educational process.
To meet the needs of the educational process and the maintenance of a solid material and technical base, the university management determines and allocates the necessary and sufficient resources: logistical, informational, financial. 
To date, the department is provided with the necessary equipment. But, despite this, the university continues to work on providing classrooms and classrooms, educational and scientific laboratories, modern equipment. 
There are 10 classrooms at the Department of Russian Language and Literature: №217, №324, №325, №326, №327, №328, №329, №330, № 330b, No. 331. Of these, No. 324, No. 328, No. 330b, 331 are equipped with an interactive whiteboard, computers.
