The "Test Center" of the  U.Zhanibekov South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University was established in 2016 with the aim of introducing advanced test technologies into the educational process in assessing the quality of student knowledge verification.

             The specialists of the test center systematically keep all the accompanying documents in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System, based on the policy and goals of the University.

             The university has organized work to control the knowledge of full-time students, improve the quality of test assignments, update their content, change the form and, based on this, evaluate students' knowledge of testing.

             The purpose of the center's work is In the automated information system "Platonus" - all possibilities have been implemented in education, knowledge assessment, ensuring its continuous operation, entering data related to the educational process, preparing students for specialized subjects in which they will take exams, monitoring that the number of credits of test questions and the content of the test meet the competent requirements of the specialist training model, knowledge assessment organizations for the credit system of education in according to the schedule of the educational process, maintaining an electronic version of all data and databases related to the educational process, processing, collection, reporting on a regular basis.

             Students and parents (with their personal login passwords) have the opportunity to receive information about the quality and levels of academic performance.

             In the 2017-2018 academic year, an important link of the educational process was launched – a mechanism for automating student control and passing exams using all possibilities. In particular, by entering his name, the student who came to the exam will be automatically determined in which computer class, on which computer he will take the exam. The importance of this is to avoid an adverse incident when checking one's knowledge, that is, when determining the student's level of knowledge.

             The compilation and updating of general test tasks, the systematic introduction of elements of pedagogical innovation into the assessment of knowledge is one of the main tasks of the specialists of the Test Center.

             At the moment, Mamraimov Serik Dauletovich is headed - for more than a quarter of a century he has worked fruitfully on the way to providing quality education and conscious education of students in higher educational institutions, held several responsible positions, author of one monograph, two textbooks, Candidate of Historical Sciences, "Excellent Student of Education" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, awarded with the festive medals "25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "30 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
