Colonel Aitov Almas Sovetovich graduated from the Lviv Higher Military and Political college  in 1986.           In 2012 he graduated from the Saparbayev South Kazakhstan Humanitarian Institute, in 2017 he graduated from the Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical Peoples’ Friendship University (master’s degree).

Work experience   

          He began his career in 1986 as the head of the club in the military unit 46180.

       In 1991 he became a senior instructor for cultural and public work in the military-political department of the military unit 26360, in 1992 he became an assistant to the head of the personnel department.

       In 1993, he served as Deputy Commander of the military unit 29495 for personnel work.

       In 1995 he was appointed Deputy Commander of the military unit 29108 for educational and socio-legal work.

       In 1998 he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences at the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

       In 2001 he served as Deputy Head of the Military Department at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yassawi, in 2002 he was the Head of the Military Department.

       From 2005 to 2018 he headed the Military Department of the South Kazakhstan State Academy of Pharmacy.

        From 2018 to present - Head of the Military Department of South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University.
