Shalanov Erbol Sabitovich

Member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs

Erbol Sabitovich Shalanov was born January 15, 1983 in the village of Kokibel, Kazygurt district, Turkestan region. In 1989 he stepped into the secondary school named after S. O. Rakhimov, in 2000 he finished with honors the boarding school for gifted children No. 1 in Shymkent.

From 2000 till 2005 he studied at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Kh. A. Yasawi, specializing in History and Geography. In 2009 got a Master degree in Political Science. In 2021 he got a PhD in History at the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University.

He began his first career in 2004 as a specialist-organizer of cultural events of the Committee for Youth Affairs at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Kh. A. Yasawi. From 2005 to 2009 he was a Chairman of the University Youth Committee.

In  2009-2011 he worked at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2011-2013, he worked as a chief specialist, manager of the 1st category, chief manager at the department of education distribution JSC "Kazakhstan Center for the Modernization and Development of Housing and Communal Services".

From 2013 to 2014, he served as the executive director of the Kazakh-Hungarian joint venture LLP "HEMEN" KazTrade Group ".

In 2014-2016, he held the positions of Director of the Department of Social Projects of  "Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan", in 2015-2020, General Director of LLP "Global Business Trade".

Since 2020 he is an assistant to the rector of SKSPU. Since October 4, 2021, he has been a member of the board-vice-rector for administrative and economic work of SKSPU.
