Educational and methodical works
The educational program of specialties 2022-2023. 7M01403-training of a music education teacher, 6B01403–training of a music teacher was compiled on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 604.
At the beginning of the academic year, all teachers of the department prepared a working curriculum (syllabus) for the subjects studied. This issue was considered and discussed at the meeting of the department (Protocol No. 1 of 27.08.22).
Subject complexes have been developed for all disciplines in accordance with the requirements of the QMS of subject teachers. A catalog of disciplines was compiled and included in the automated program ”Univer".
Educational and methodical work
Provision of the disciplines of the department with standard curricula, working curricula (syllabuses), educational and scientific literature. (Trailer #9);
For 2021-2022, a working curriculum (syllabus) was discussed and approved, compiled on the basis of amendments and additions made by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 604 "music teacher training", SES RK No. 425 dated 05.07.2016, 5b010600 -"music education" (Protocol No. 1 dated 27.08.21). The training was conducted in accordance with the methodical work plan and the individual plan of teachers, provided with relevant documents.
For all disciplines, subject teachers have developed a set of disciplines in accordance with the requirements of the QMS. A catalog of disciplines has been created and implemented in the automated program "Univer".
About the introduction of innovative pedagogical developments of training into the educational process, the organization and conduct of open lessons, mutual attendance of classes
In order to improve the quality of education and disseminate the experience of experienced teachers at the faculty, schedules of mutual visits and open classes have been developed and approved (No. 1, 27.08.2021).
Systematic work is being carried out in the field of the introduction of modern pedagogical technologies and new teaching methods and the activation of cognitive activity of students. The whole path of teaching innovative methods was used to the maximum. Presentations on interactive teaching methods were systematically organized. To prepare for lectures, the teachers of the department widely used new electronic communication resources - the Internet. The cognitive activity of the student fully reveals the topic in the lecture classes.
At the department, teachers applied new pedagogical technologies during lectures and seminars, individual, practical classes. In particular, the problem method of teaching, pedagogy of cooperation, technology of humanization, technology of developing learning, technologies of level and differentiated learning, technology of program training "analysis and critical analysis", "training", "business game", "educational debate (debate)", "role-playing game", "method of working with the apparatus", "conducting movements and improving conducting technique", "method of developing techniques of playing an instrument", "modeling", creation of motivation, methods of writing a project and ICT, computer technologies, strategies of critical thinking, targeted use of Bloom's taxonomy et al. many interactive teaching methods are very effective for students and are often used by teachers of the department. The introduction of these pedagogical technologies during classes increases the interest and activity of students in the subject.
Taking into account that the use of innovative methods will increase the level of students, form their well-founded, reasoned knowledge, teachers of the department will begin to introduce a number of innovative methods into the educational process in the 2021-2022 academic year.
An open schedule of classes for teachers of the department for the 2020-2021 academic year has been compiled and approved (Protocol No. 1 of 27.08.2021).
