The welcoming speech was delivered by the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the University Gulzhan Sugirbayeva, who awarded the best workers with a letter of thanks. A ceremony of awarding a Golden key and a student ID was held for the first-year students.
The concert program was attended by 1st year students and creative teams of the Department of Music Education. 
This year, the university plans to start a new academic year with 8,063 students.  A total of 2201 first-year students were accepted for the 2024-2025 academic year.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, the staff of the Department of music education is working on Career Guidance work. Senior teacher A. Teachers of the department visited the cultural centers of our City (Museum of traditions and customs. Otrar library, Circus orchestra, craft workshop, music shops), took them to the sacred city of Turkestan, where they introduced them to the mausoleum of Yasawi. He showed the work of the Department of "music education" of the international Kazakh-Turkish university, the library and museums of the University, and introduced them to the reading room.
