The main activity of the Economic Management:

The main activity of the Economic management is to maintain the material and technical base (infrastructure) of the university in proper condition in accordance with the requirements of the current norms: - ensuring the functioning of communication systems, water supply, natural gas, ensuring sanitary conditions in the premises and on the territories of educational buildings and student dormitories in accordance with the requirements of sanitary norms and rules; - maintenance of the university infrastructure (educational buildings and student dormitories, fixed assets, engineering communications) in the proper state of energy determination of equipment for the educational process, provision of technical and design estimates necessary for the overhaul of educational buildings and student dormitories; - identification of violations of labor protection and safety precautions, taking measures to prevent violations of labor protection and safety; - training of staff and students of the university in the rules of civil law and state of emergency in order to prevent accidents; electrical energy in accordance with the provision of technical and design and estimate documentation necessary for the construction of new university facilities, determination of the volume and compilation of calculations of actually completed construction and installation works, participation in acceptance works of the facility; - monitors the provision of educational buildings and student houses with economic services and timely equipping them with cleaning, detergents, disinfectants,- concludes contracts with public service institutions (waste bins, laundries) and transportation (water, gas, heating systems), ensures the functioning of the university vehicles; - requests the construction, household, washing, disinfecting, stationery, overalls, personal protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment necessary for the university, repair and construction work (overhaul of student dormitories and water supply systems, heat supply, power supply, engineering manual labor, with furniture, household equipment of structural subdivisions of educational buildings according to the applications submitted from subdivisions of SKSPU); - performs works on landscaping and stems with the requirements of approved norms and rules; ensuring the functioning of communication systems, water supply, natural gas, thermal energy, electrical energy in accordance with the requirements of the approved rules and regulations; - fire-prevention measures and compliance with fire safety requirements are carried out according to the work instructions; - ensures the safety of the property of the university and is engaged in the restoration of broken property; - carries out major repairs and current repairs according to the prepared plan for preparation for the academic year.
