Baigutova Aklima Markhabatkyzy was born on November 14, 1969 in the village of Azattyk, Tyulkubas district of South Kazakhstan region.
In 1987 she graduated with honors from secondary school № 24 in Shymkent.
In 1987-1992 she studied at Philology Faculty of Auezov Shymkent Pedagogical Institute (ShPI) on “Kazakh language and Literature” specialty and graduated with honors, she was awarded the qualification “Teacher of the Kazakh language and Literature”.
In 1992-1996 she worked as a teacher of the Kazakh language Department of Auezov ShPI, which was later renamed into the Shymkent Branch of the International Kazakh-Turkish University.
In 1996-2013 she worked as a Practical Kazakh Language teacher, senior teacher of the Kazakh Linguistics Department at the South Kazakhstan Humanitarian University named after M. O. Auezov, which was later renamed into Auezov South Kazakhstan State University.
She began her pedagogical and creative activities at the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical Institute (SKSPI) in 2013 as the head of the Research Department. In 2014, she was appointed executive secretary of the Institute journal “OKMPI Khabarshysy – Bulletin of SKSPI”, July 7, 2015 – Vice-rector for educational work, December 29, 2017 – Vice-rector for social and educational work, July 7, 2018 - December 27, 2019 – Acting vice-rector for social and educational work, April 1 - August 10, 2020 – Dean of Philology Faculty.
On April 25, 2008 she defended her Ph.D. thesis on specialties 10.02.06 - Turkic languages and 10.02.02 - Ethnocultural nature of the concept “Kazakh woman” at the Dissertation Council D 53.38.01 for the defense of the degree of Doctor of Philology.
A. Baigutova not only conscientiously fulfills her duties, but is also an authoritative teacher, a leading scholar and philologist. Her scientific works have been published in publishing houses of far and near abroad and Kazakhstan. She is the author of 70 scientific articles, 7 educational and 9 teaching tutorials, which are used in the educational process.
A. Baigutova makes reports at international and republican scientific conferences, made a significant contribution to the formation and development of the university journal “OKMPU khabarshysy - Bulletin of SKSPU”. She was awarded the jubilee medal “Independence of Kazakhstan - 25 years” (2016), a certificate of honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017), a letter of thanks from the akim of Shymkent (2019).
A. Baigutova completed advanced training courses: Joint Stock Company “National Center for Advanced Studies “ Orleu ” of MinistryES of RK/ advanced training program for teachers of pedagogical specialties (2015), “Innovative methods in teaching ”/ Vytautas the Great University, Kaunas, Lithuania (2017. ), “Modern pedagogical technologies for teaching philological specialties at a university” / International Innovation Training Center “Protecta”, Sofia (2019), International Innovative Training Center “Higher education management”, “Protecta”, Sofia (2020) ).
Since 2008, A. Baigutova has been an expert of the KAZTEST system at the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was organized to check the level of mastering of the state language by the adult population of Kazakhstan. She is the author of the State Language Assimilation Standard, the educational-methodical manual “Til - kural” (“Language is a means”), an expert of several educational and teaching tutorials.
